I have a reoccurring bill that is automatically withdrawn from my bank account each month. I would like to set up a transaction in Quickbooks to automatically post the transaction without me having to create or initiate it.

Deposit Sales Receipt in One Step

I understand that with Quickbooks I enter a sales receipt and then have to perform a second step to deposit that sales receipt into the bank account.
Is there any way to combine the entering of sales receipt and deposit into one step?
