Does Quickbooks Allow Estimates

I was told that Quickbooks allows estimates but I can't seem to figure out how to create them.  How do I create an estimate without creating an invoice.

I accidentally applied a payment to the wrong invoice.  How do I correct this in Quickbooks?

Open the payment that was incorrectly applied.

Set Up Reoccuring Transaction

Question:
I have a reoccurring bill that is automatically withdrawn from my bank account each month.  I would like to set up a transaction in Quickbooks to automatically post the transaction without me having to create or initiate it.
